The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in

Part I of the Schedule, in relation to item 67, in column (2)—

(a)

in paragraph (x), by substituting for the words “Sapura Exploration and

Production (PM) Inc.” the words “SapuraOMV Upstream (PM) Inc.”; and
