Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Exemption)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2018.

(2)

This order comes into operation on 1 September 2018.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in

Part I of the Schedule—

(a)

in relation to item 10, in column (3), by deleting paragraph (viii); and

(b)

in relation to item 11, in column (3), by deleting paragraph (vii).
