FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (BANDAR GAMUDA COVE INTERCHANGE) ORDER 2019

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Selangor, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Bandar Gamuda Cove

Interchange) Order 2019.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 6 September 2019.

Declaration of road to be Federal road 2.

(1)

That part of the road known as the Bandar Gamuda Cove Interchange which is part of the North South Expressway Central Link commencing from kilometre 26.142 at coordinates N 319124.995, E 403177.718 of the Rectified Skew

Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 27.139

at coordinates N 318415.972, E 403867.692 of the RSO Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid of the North South Expressway Central Link, both distances are measured from kilometre 0.0 of the North South Expressway Central Link at the Johore Bahru

Interchange including the Bandar Gamuda Cove Entry/Exit Toll Plaza and its link roads and ending at the

Responsibility

(LMR)

at coordinates N 319646.112, E 402715.690 of the RSO Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid, is declared to be a Federal road.
