- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 14(1) Akta Kastam 1967 [Akta 235], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Pindaan Jadual
Perintah Duti Kastam (Pengecualian) 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] dipinda dalam Jadual, dalam Bahagian I, berhubung dengan—
(a)
butiran 10, dalam ruang (2), dengan menggantikan perkataan “and Tioman”
dengan perkataan “, Tioman and Pangkor”;
(i)
dalam ruang (2), dengan menggantikan perkataan “and Tioman” dengan perkataan “, Tioman and Pangkor”; dan
(ii)
dalam ruang (4), dalam subbutiran (ii), dengan menggantikan perkataan
“or Tioman” dengan perkataan “, Tioman or Pangkor” di mana-mana jua terdapat; dan
(c)
butiran 115, dengan memotong butiran yang berhubung dengannya.

CUSTOMS DUTIES (EXEMPTION) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 4) ORDER 2019
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Exemption) (Amendment)
(No. 4) Order 2019.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2020.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in the
Schedule, in Part I, in relation to—
(a)
item 10, in column (2), by substituting for the words “and Tioman” the words
“,Tioman and Pangkor”;
(i)
in column (2), by substituting for the words “and Tioman” the words
“,Tioman and Pangkor”; and
(ii)
in column (4), in subitem (ii), by substituting for the words “or Tioman”
the words “, Tioman or Pangkor” wherever appearing; and
(c)
item 115, by deleting the particulars relating to it.
