  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Exemption) (Amendment)

(No. 4) Order 2019.

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2020.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in the

Schedule, in Part I, in relation to—

(a)

item 10, in column (2), by substituting for the words “and Tioman” the words

“,Tioman and Pangkor”;
