Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 11(1) Akta Kastam 1967 [Akta 235], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Perintah Duti Kastam 2017 [P.U. (A) 5/2017] dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama—
(a)
berhubung dengan Bab 16, dalam Nota Nasional, dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan 2 perenggan yang berikut:
“3.
For the purpose of subheading 1604.20.30 00, the term “Fish ball”
includes fish cake.”;
(b)
berhubung dengan subkepala 2009.89.10 10, dalam ruang (3), dengan menggantikan perkataan “- - - Suitable for infants or young children” dengan perkataan “- - - - Suitable for infants or young children”;
(c)
berhubung dengan subkepala 2009.89.10 90, dalam ruang (3), dengan menggantikan perkataan “- - - Other” dengan perkataan “- - - - Other”;
(d)

For the purpose of subheading 8419.50.10 00, the term
“cooling towers” as defined in the Malaysian Standard MS 2670, is a heat rejection device which extracts waste heat to the atmosphere

through the cooling of a water stream to a lower temperature. The reduction of temperature is a result of two simultaneous processes.
First, there is a simple exchange of sensible heat between the hot water and cold air. Second, and more important, is the evaporation of a portion of the hot water. The heat of evaporation of this portion is supplied by a decrease in the sensible heat of the main body of water, with a subsequent drop in its temperature.”; dan
(i)
dalam subperenggan 1(ii), dengan menggantikan perkataan “wheel”
dengan perkataan “both wheels”; dan
(ii)
dalam perenggan 2, dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “8703”

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 September 2018.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 5/2017] is amended in the
First Schedule―
(a)
in relation to Chapter 16, in the National Notes, by inserting after paragraph 2 the following paragraph:
“3.
For the purpose of subheading 1604.20.30 00, the term “Fish ball”
includes fish cake.”;
(b)
in relation to subheading 2009.89.10 10, in column (3), by substituting for the words “- - - Suitable for infants or young children” the words
“- - - - Suitable for infants or young children”;
(c)
in relation to subheading 2009.89.10 90, in column (3), by substituting for the words “- - - Other” the words “- - - - Other”;
(d)
in relation to subheading 2403.19, by substituting for subheadings 2403.19.20, 2403.19.20 10 and 2403.19.20 90 and the particulars relating to it the following particulars:
