Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 80(1) of the Stamp Act 1949 [Act 378], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Stamp Duty (Exemption) 2021
(Amendment) Order 2025.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2026.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The Stamp Duty (Exemption) Order 2021 [P.U. (A) 53/2021] is amended in subsubparagraph 2(1)(a) by substituting for the words “31 December 2025”
the words “31 December 2027”.
