Opening note

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 (1A) of the Stamp Ordinance 1949, the Minister makes the following Order: 59149.

This Order may be cited as the Stamp Duty (Amendment) Citation Order 1982.

The Fifth Schedule to the Stamp Ordinance 1949 is amended by inserting a new item 7 as follows:

"7. Share Certificate".
