- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 8 (1A) Ordinan Setem 1949, Menteri membuat Perintah yang berikut:

Jadual Kelima kepada Ordinan Setem 1949 adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan butiran baru 7 seperti yang berikut:
"7. Share Certificate".

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 (1A) of the Stamp Ordinance 1949, the Minister makes the following Order: 59149.
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Stamp Duty (Amendment) Citation Order 1982.
Seksyen 2
The Fifth Schedule to the Stamp Ordinance 1949 is amended by inserting a new item 7 as follows:
"7. Share Certificate".
