PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 8 (1A) Akta Akta 378. Setem 1949, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Opening note

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 (1a) of the Stamp Act Act 378. 1949, the Minister makes the following order:

This Order may be cited as the Stamp Duty (Amendment) Order Citation. 1991.

The Fifth Schedule to the Stamp Act 1949 is amended by inserting the following new items 8 and 9:

"8. Transfer ofshares in public companies listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

Hire-Purchase Agreement and guarantee thereto".
