In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(8) of the Stamp Act 1949 [Act 378], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2001.

Amendment of Second Schedule

(a)

by inserting after item 6 the following item:

The Second Schedule to the Act is amended—

"6A. DECLARATION of any use or trust of or concerning any property by any writing, not being a will, or an instrument chargeable with duty as a settlement executed with Amanah Raya Bhd.-No. 37
