  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Fees (Pengkalan Kubor Ferry)

(Amendement) Order 2024.

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2024.

Substitution of First Schedule 2.

Fee (Pengkalan Kubor Ferry) Order 1990 [P.U. (A) 84/1990], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following schedule:
