Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 dan 10 Akta Fi 1951 [Akta 209], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Fi yang ditetapkan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama hendaklah dikenakan oleh Pengarah Planetarium Negara bagi butiran yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1)

Jadual Pertama.
(2)
Fi yang ditetapkan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Kedua hendaklah dikenakan oleh Pengarah Planetarium Negara bagi sewaan kemudahan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Kedua.
Pembayaran fi 3.
Fi yang ditetapkan di bawah Perintah ini hendaklah dibayar kepada Pengarah
Planetarium Negara.
Peremitan 4.
Pengarah
Planetarium Negara boleh, menurut budi bicaranya dalam mana-mana hal tertentu, meremitkan keseluruhan atau sebahagian daripada mana-mana fi yang ditetapkan di bawah Perintah ini.
Pembatalan 5.
Perintah Fee (Planetarium Negara) 1997 [P.U. (A) 461/1997] dibatalkan.

FEES ACT 1951
FEES (NATIONAL PLANETARIUM) ORDER 2018
IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3
and 10
of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Fees (National Planetarium)
Order 2018.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 30 July 2018.
Fees 2.
(1)
The fees prescribed in column (2) of the First Schedule shall be charged by the Director of National Planetarium for the items specified in column (1) of the
First Schedule.
(2)
The fees prescribed in column (2) of the Second Schedule shall be charged by the Director of National Planetarium for rental of facilities specified in column (1) of the Second Schedule.
Payment of fees 3.
The fees prescribed under this Order shall be paid to the Director of
National Planetarium.
Remission 4.
The Director of National Planetarium may, in his discretion in any particular case, remit wholly or in part any fees prescribed under this Order.
Revocation 5.
The Fees (National Planetarium) Order 1997 [P.U. (A) 461/1997] is revoked.
