Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Fees (Pulau Sipadan) (Revocation)

Order 2019.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 16 December 2019.

Revocation 2.

The Fees (Pulau Sipadan) Order 1998 [P.U. (A) 191/1998] is revoked.
