FEES (MARINE PARKS MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2019

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 10 of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Fees (Marine Parks Malaysia)

(Amendment) Order 2019.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 October 2019.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The Fees (Marine Parks Malaysia) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 4/2017], which is referred to as “the principal Order” in this Order, is amended in paragraph 2, by substituting for the definition of “Director General” the following definition:

‘ “Director General” means the Director General of the Fisheries’.

Amendment of paragraph 3 3.

The principal Order is amended in subparagraph 3(3) by substituting for the words “Department of Marine Park Malaysia” the words “Department of Fisheries

Malaysia”.
