PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Fi 1951 [Akta 209], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Fi (Visa Semasa Ketibaan)

(Pindaan) 2019.

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 15 Julai 2019.

Perintah Fi (Visa Semasa Ketibaan) 2014 [P.U. (A) 127/2014], yang disebut

“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam perenggan 3 dengan menggantikan perkataan “RM330” dengan perkataan “RM200”.

FEES (VISA ON ARRIVAL) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2019

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Fees (Visa On Arrival) (Amendment)

Order 2019.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 July 2019.

Amendment of paragraph 3 2.

The Fees (Visa On Arrival) Order 2014 [P.U. (A) 127/2014], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in paragraph 3 by substituting for the word “RM330” the word “RM200”.

Amendment of paragraph 4 3.

Paragraph 4 of the principal Order is amended—

(a)

in subsubparagraph (b)—

(i)

in subsubsubparagraph (iv), by deleting the word “or” at the end of the subsubsubparagraph; and

(ii)

by inserting after subsubsubparagraph (v) the following subsubsubparagraphs:

“(vi)

Langkawi International Airport, Kedah;

(vii)

Miri Airport, Sarawak;

(viii)

Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, Selangor;

Immigration Control Post, Labuan International Terminal

Ferry;

(x)

Immigration Control Post, Sungai Tujoh, Sarawak; or

(xi)

Immigration, Customs, Quarantine and Security Complex

in subsubparagraph (d), by substituting for the words “seven days” the words “fifteen days”; and

(c)

by substituting for subsubparagraph (f) the following subsubparagraph:

“(f)

the tourist shall have in his possession an amount of at least

USD500 or an equivalent amount in Ringgit Malaysia and the proof of money shall be produced whether in the form of cash, traveller’s cheque, credit card, debit card or electronic money recognized by the Central Bank of Malaysia.”.
