dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dengan menggantikan perenggan 3 dengan perenggan yang berikut:

MINIMUM WAGES ORDER (AMENDMENT) 2018
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 [Act 732], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2019.
Amendment of paragraph 3 2.
The Minimum Wages Order 2018 [P.U. (A) 265/2018], which is referred to as the
“principal Order” in this Order, is amended by substituting for paragraph 3
the following paragraph:
“Minimum wages rates
Seksyen 3
The minimum wages rates payable to an employee shall be as follows:

Amendment of paragraph 4 3.
Paragraph 4 of the principal Order is amended by substituting for the word
