NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2014
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(1) of the Road Transport
Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the National Speed Limit (Amendment) (No. 2)
Order 2014.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 18 July 2014.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The National Speed Limit Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 18/1989], which is referred to as the
“principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the Schedule by substituting for item 17 the following item:
“17.
The part of the road known as the East Coast Expressway–Phase 2
commencing―
