NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) ORDER 2015

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the National Speed Limit (Amendment)

(No. 3) Order 2015.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 14 July 2015.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

(1)

The National Speed Limit Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 18/1989], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the Schedule—

(a)

by substituting for item 17 the following item:
