  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Selangor, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 5) Order 2015.

This Order comes into operation on 30 September 2015.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the Fourth Schedule—

(a)

under the heading “Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan” in item 15, by substituting for the word “Map” the words “Map 3”; and
