INSOLVENCY (APPLICANT FOR REGISTRATION OF NOMINEE) ORDER 2019

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subparagraph 2G(1)(a)(iii) of the

Insolvency

Act 1967

[Act 360], the

Minister, on recommendation of the

Director General of Insolvency, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Insolvency (Applicant for Registration of

Nominee) Order 2019.

Applicant for registration of nominee 2.

The persons named in the Schedule are prescribed as applicant for the purpose of subparagraph 2G(1)(a)(iii) of the Insolvency Act 1967.
