- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 22 (2) Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976, Menteri membuat Perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976 adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas sahaja butiran 12, butiran-butiran baru 13 dan 14 yang berikut di bawah Ruang Satu, Dua dan Tiga masing-masing:

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 (2) of the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976.
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline) (First Schedule) (Amendment) Order 1986.
Seksyen 2
The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended by inserting after item 12, the following new items 13 and 14 under the respective First, Second and Third Columns thereof:
