- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 22(2) Akta Institusi Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976[Akta 174], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Pindaan Jadual Pertama
Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976 dipinda dengan memasukkan dalam ruang masing-masing selepas butiran 50 butiran yang berikut:
"51. Politeknik Seberang Perai
Seluruh Akta kecuali seksyen 4,17,18,19 dan 20
Seksyen 52
Politeknik Merlimau, Melaka
Seluruh Akta kecuali seksyen 4,17,18,19 dan 20
Seksyen 53
Politeknik Kuala Terengganu
Seluruh Akta kecuali seksyen 4,17,18,19 dan 20".

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 22(2) of the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976[Act 174], the Minister makes the following order: Citation
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline) (First Schedule) (Amendment) Order 1999.
Seksyen 2
Amendment of First Schedule
The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended by inserting in the respective columns after item 50 of the following items:
"51. Politeknik Seberang Perai
The whole Act except sections 4,17,18,19 and 20
Seksyen 52
Politeknik Merlimau, Melaka
The whole Act except sections 4,17,18,19 and 20
Seksyen 53
Politeknik Kuala Terengganu
The whole Act except sections 4,17,18,19 and 20".
