EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (DISCIPLINE) (FIRST SCHEDULE)

(AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2003

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 22(2) of the Educational

Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 [Act 174], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline)

(First Schedule) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2003.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2002.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976

is amended in item 18 by substituting for the words “Politeknik Shah

Alam” appearing in the second column the words “Politeknik Sultan

Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah”.
