- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 22 (2) Akta Institusi-institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976, Menteri Akta 174. membuat perintah yang berikut: Ruang Satu Ruang Dua Ruang Tiga Butiran No. Nama atau perihal Institusi Peruntukan peruntukan Akta yang kena dipakai "1. Institut Teknologi MARA yang ditubuhkan di bawah seksyen 3 Akta Institut Teknologi MARA 1976, dan termasuklah sesuatu Cawangan . . . Seluruh Akta"; dan Dibuat pada 14hb Mac 1991. [KP. Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 (2) of the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976, the Minister makes the following order:
Seksyen 2
The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended—
(a)
by substituting Item No.1 and the particulars relating thereto with the following new Item No.1 and the particulars relating thereto:
