- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 22(2) Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976 [Akta 174], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976
dipinda—
(a)
dalam butiran 139, dengan menggantikan perkataan “Kolej Matrikulasi
Teknikal Pahang” dengan perkataan “Kolej Matrikulasi Kejuruteraan
Pahang”;
(b)
dalam butiran 140, dengan menggantikan perkataan “Kolej Matrikulasi
Teknikal Kedah” dengan perkataan “Kolej Matrikulasi Kejuruteraan
Kedah”; dan 918
(c)
dalam butiran 141, dengan menggantikan perkataan “Kolej Matrikulasi

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 22(2) of the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 [Act 174], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

(1)
This order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline)
(Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2019.
(2)
This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 23 May 2018.
Amendment of First Schedule
Seksyen 2
The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976
is amended—
(a)
in item 139, by substituting for the words “Kolej Matrikulasi Teknikal
Pahang” the words “Kolej Matrikulasi Kejuruteraan Pahang”;
(b)
in item 140, by substituting for the words “Kolej Matrikulasi Teknikal
Kedah” the words “Kolej Matrikulasi Kejuruteraan Kedah”; and
(c)
in item 141, by substituting for the words “Kolej Matrikulasi Teknikal
Johor” the words “Kolej Matrikulasi Kejuruteraan Johor”.
