(SEREMBAN-PORT DICKSON EXPRESSWAY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2018
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2
of the
Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement
1. (1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (Seremban-Port Dickson Expressway) (Amendment)
Order 2018.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 July 2018.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The

(Seremban-Port Dickson Expressway) Order 2004 [P.U. (A) 326/2004] is amended in the heading of the First Schedule by substituting for the words “30 JUNE 2018” the words
“31 DECEMBER 2018”.
