Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perisytiharan jalan sebagai jalan Persekutuan

Bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Jambatan Kedua Pulau Pinang yang bermula dari Persimpangan Bertingkat Batu Maung di koordinat U586043.349,
T256371.651 Grid Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) dan berakhir di Persimpangan
Bertingkat Batu Kawan di koordinat U581396.462, T276071.127 Grid RSO, kedua-dua jarak diukur dari Persimpangan Bertingkat Batu Maung yang bersambung dengan
Lebuh Raya Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu/Lebuh Raya Bayan Lepas, termasuklah Plaza Tol
Jambatan Kedua Pulau Pinang, Persimpangan Bertingkat Bunga Cengkih Batu Kawan yang menghubungkan ke jalan utama kawasan pembangunan Perbadanan Kemajuan
Negeri Pulau Pinang di Batu Kawan, Plaza Tol Bersepadu Jambatan Kedua Pulau Pinang atau dinamakan Plaza Tol PLUS (Bandar Cassia) dan Persimpangan Bertingkat
Batu Kawan yang bersambung dengan Lebuh Raya Utara Selatan, iaitu suatu jarak sepanjang 24 kilometer, diisytiharkan sebagai jalan Persekutuan.

FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959
FEDERAL ROADS (SECOND PENANG BRIDGE) ORDER 2014
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959
[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pulau Pinang, makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Second Penang Bridge)
Order 2014.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 March 2014.
Declaration of road to be Federal road 2.
(1)
The part of the road known as the Second Penang Bridge commencing from the Batu Maung Interchange at coordinates N586043.349, E256371.651 of the
Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Grid and ending at the Batu Kawan Interchange at coordinates N581396.462, E276071.127 RSO Grid, both distances measured from the
Batu Maung Interchange which connects to the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu
Expressway/Bayan Lepas Expressway, including the Second Penang Bridge Toll Plaza, the Batu Kawan Cloverleaf Interchange connecting to the main street road of the Penang
Development Corporation development area at Batu Kawan, the Integrated Second
Penang Bridge Toll Plaza or named as the PLUS Toll Plaza (Bandar Cassia) and the
Batu Kawan Interchange connecting to the North South Expressway being a distance of 24 kilometre, is declared to be a Federal road.

The road declared to be a Federal road under subparagraph (1) is shown on the map in the Schedule.
