PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Selangor, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Jalan Persekutuan

(Lebuh Raya KL-Kuala Selangor) (Pindaan) 2014.

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 21 Julai 2014.

Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Lebuh Raya KL-Kuala Selangor) 2011

[P.U. (A) 201/2011], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam perenggan 2 dengan menggantikan subperenggan (1) dengan subperenggan yang berikut:

Bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Lebuh Raya KL-Kuala

Selangor yang bermula dari kilometer 0.00 di koordinat U 366573.829,

T 375376.712 Grid Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geosentrik

(GDM2000) dan berakhir di kilometer 30.70 Lebuh Raya KL-Kuala Selangor di koordinat U 364885.563, T 401792.132 Grid RSO Geosentrik (GDM2000)

termasuklah Persimpangan Bertingkat Ijok, Plaza Tol Ijok, Persimpangan

Bertingkat Puncak Alam, Plaza Tol Kuang Barat, Plaza Tol Kundang Timur,

Persimpangan Bertingkat Kundang, Plaza Tol Kundang Barat, Plaza Tol Kuang

FEDERAL ROADS (KL-KUALA SELANGOR EXPRESSWAY) (AMENDMENT)

ORDER 2014

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the state Government of Selangor, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (KL-Kuala Selangor

Expressway) (Amendment) Order 2014.

(2)

Order comes into operation on 21 July 2014.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

Order 2011

[P.U. (A) 201/2011], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in paragraph 2 by substituting for subparagraph (1) the following subparagraph:

“(1)

The part of the road known as the KL-Kuala Selangor

Expressway commencing from kilometre 0.00 at coordinates N 366573.829,

E 375376.712 Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geosentric (GDM2000)

Grid and ending at kilometre 30.70 KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway at coordinates N 364885.563, E 401792.132 RSO Geosentric (GDM2000) Grid including the Ijok Interchange, Ijok Toll Plaza, Puncak Alam Interchange,

Kuang Barat Toll Plaza, Kundang Timur Toll Plaza, Kundang Interchange,

Kundang Barat Toll Plaza, Kuang Timur Toll Plaza, Kuang Interchange,

Taman Rimba Templer Toll Plaza and Taman Rimba Templer Interchange and its link roads, being a distance of 30.70 kilometre, is declared to be a Federal road.”.
