FEDERAL ROADS (EAST COAST EXPRESSWAY–PHASE 2) ORDER 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Terengganu, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (East Coast

Expressway–Phase 2) Order 2014.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 21 November 2014.

Declaration of road to be Federal road 2.
