PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Perak dan Selangor, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Lebuh Raya

Pesisiran Pantai Barat (Taiping-Banting)) (Pindaan) (No. 2) 2019.

(2)

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 10 Disember 2019.

Seksyen 2

Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Lebuh Raya Pesisiran Pantai Barat

(Taiping-Banting)) 2019 [P.U. (A) 150/2019], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam subperenggan 2(1)—

(a)

dengan memotong perkataan “dan” di hujung subsubperenggan (a);

(b)

dalam subsubperenggan (b), dengan menggantikan noktah di hujung subsubperenggan itu dengan koma bernoktah; dan

(c)

dengan memasukkan selepas subsubperenggan (b) subsubperenggan yang berikut:

Pesisiran Pantai Barat (Taiping-Banting) di Persimpangan Bertingkat

FEDERAL ROADS (WEST COAST EXPRESSWAY (TAIPING-BANTING))

(AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2019

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Governments of Perak and Selangor, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Coast Expressway

(Taiping-Banting)) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2019.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 10 December 2019.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The Federal Roads (West Coast Expressway (Taiping-Banting)) Order 2019

[P.U. (A) 150/2019], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 2(1)—

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of subsubparagraph (a);

(b)

in subsubparagraph (b), by substituting for the full stop at the end of the subsubparagraph the semicolon; and

(c)

by inserting after subsubparagraph (b) the following subsubparagraph:

“(c)

the part of the road known as the West Coast Expressway

(Taiping-Banting) commencing from kilometre 32.00 at coordinates

N 340831.624, E 383801.030 of the Rectified Skew Orthomorphic

(RSO) Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 40.07 at coordinates N 346395.404, E 378602.603 of the RSO Geocentric

(GDM 2000) Grid (both distances are measured from kilometre 0.0 of the West Coast Expressway (Taiping-Banting) at the Banting

Interchange) including the NNKSB Interchange, Bandar Bukit Raja

South Interchange, Bandar Bukit Raja South Entry/Exit Toll Plaza,

Bandar Bukit Raja North Interchange, Bandar Bukit Raja North

Entry/Exit Toll Plaza and its link roads, being a distance of 8.07 kilometre.”.

Substitution of Schedule 3.

The principal Order is amended by substituting for the Schedule the following schedule:
