PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Selangor, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Jalan persimpangan bertingkat dan jambatan yang membentuk

Lebuh Raya Pintas Selat Klang Utara Baru yang bermula di koordinat U 339212.275,

T 386316.274 Grid Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geosentrik (GDM2000) yang menghala berterusan ke arah utara dan kemudian ke barat melalui Persimpangan

Bertingkat Meru, Persimpangan Bertingkat Kapar, Persimpangan Bertingkat Bandar

Sultan Sulaiman dan Persimpangan Bertingkat Pelabuhan Utara dan berakhir di koordinat U 333849.847, T 375142.069 Grid RSO Geosentrik (GDM2000), iaitu suatu jarak sepanjang 17.5 kilometer diisytiharkan sebagai jalan Persekutuan.

FEDERAL ROADS

(NEW NORTH KLANG STRAITS BYPASS EXPRESSWAY) ORDER 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Selangor, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (New North Klang Straits

Bypass Expressway) Order 2014.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 23 December 2014.

Declaration of road to be Federal road 2.

(1)

The road interchanges and bridges which forms the New North Klang

Straits Bypass Expressway commencing at coordinates N 339212.275, E 386316.274

Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric (GDM2000) Grid proceeding in a continuous north then westerly direction through the Meru Interchange,

Kapar Interchange, Bandar Sultan Sulaiman Interchange and Pelabuhan Utara

Interchange and ending at coordinates N 333849.847, E 375142.069 RSO Geocentric

(GDM2000) Grid, being a distance of 17.5 kilometres is declared to be a Federal road.

The road declared to be a Federal road under subparagraph (1) is shown on the map in the Schedule.

Revocation 3.

The Federal Roads (New North Klang Straits Bypass Expressway) Order 2002

[P.U. (A) 192/2002] is revoked.
