FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959
FEDERAL ROADS (SHAH ALAM EXPRESSWAY) ORDER 2014
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959
[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Selangor, makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Shah Alam Expressway)
Order 2014.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 24 April 2014.
Declaration of road to be Federal road 2.
(1)
The part of the road known as the Shah Alam Expressway commencing from kilometre 17.9 main line at coordinate N330299.391, E382997.376 Rectified Skew
Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 45.9 main line at coordinate N33961.109, E406025.571 RSO Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid including Pandamaran Interchange, Kebun Interchange, Kemuning Toll Plaza,
HICOM Interchange, Seafield Interchange, Elevated U-Turn, Kewajipan Interchange,
Sunway Toll Plaza, Sunway Interchange and Kinrara Interchange, being a distance of 28 kilometre is declared to be a Federal road.

The road declared to be a Federal road under subparagraph (1) is shown on the map in the Schedule.
Revocation 3.
The Federal Roads (Shah Alam Expressway) Order 1998 [P.U. (A) 133/1998]
is revoked.
