IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Terengganu, makes the following order: Citation and commencement

Amendment of First Schedule

Seksyen 2

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman”—

(a)

by deleting item 28; and

(b)

by deleting MAP 12: FEDERAL ROADS OF NEGERI TERENGGANU.
