FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 10) ORDER 2011

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Terengganu, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment)(No. 10) Order 2011.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 22 August 2011.

Amendment of First Schedule

Seksyen 2

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman”—

(a)

by substituting for item 28 the following item:

“28. KM 424.793 to Bukit Jong Road Junction, Kuala Terengganu, East

Coast Expressway Phase 2

From KM 424.793 (at coordinates N 34307.904, E 13156.195 of the

Terengganu State Cassini Grid) up to KM 2.478 at Bukit Jong Road

Junction (at coordinates N 44038.412, E 14973.691 of the

Terengganu State Cassini Grid).

A distance of 11.625 km.”; and

(b)

by substituting for MAP 12: FEDERAL ROADS OF NEGERI TERENGGANU the following map:
