Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Malaysia Barat) 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama di bawah kepala “Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus”—

Jadual Ketiga kepada Perintah ibu dipinda di bawah kepala “Negeri Sembilan

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 6 butiran yang berikut:

Dari persimpangannya dengan Laluan 51 Jalan Seremban-Kuala

Pilah di koordinat Utara (U) 300645.01, Timur (T) 447118.67 dan berakhir di persimpangan dengan Laluan 51 di koordinat

Utara (U) 301967.40, Timur (T) 452077.15 sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam Peta 2: Jalan-Jalan Persekutuan Negeri

Sembilan.

Jarak sepanjang 6.84 km.”; dan

(b)

dengan memasukkan selepas “PETA: JALAN-JALAN PERSEKUTUAN

FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 12) ORDER 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Negeri

Sembilan, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 12) Order 2011.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 2 November 2011.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus”—

(a)

by substituting for item 10 the following item:

“10.

(Route 51): Seremban-Kuala Pilah Road

From its junction with

Route 1

at coordinates

North (N) 300284.18, East (E) 439491.41 and ending at the junction with Route 9 at coordinates North (N) 302997.58,

East (E) 472697.89 as shown on Map 11: Federal Roads of Negeri

Sembilan.

A distance of 36.26 km.”; and

Amendment of Third Schedule 3.

The Third Schedule to the principal Order is amended under the heading of

“Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus”—

(a)

by inserting after item 6 the following item:

“7.

(Route 361): Jalan Lama Bukit Putus

From its junction with Route 51 Seremban-Kuala Pilah Road at coordinates North (N) 300645.01, East (E) 447118.67 and ending at the junction with Route 51 at coordinates North (N) 301967.40,

East (E) 452077.15 as shown on Map 2: Federal Roads of Negeri

Sembilan.

A distance of 6.84 km.”; and

(b)

by inserting after “MAP: FEDERAL ROADS OF NEGERI SEMBILAN” the following map:

“MAP 2: FEDERAL ROADS OF NEGERI SEMBILAN

”.
