Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Johor, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2014.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 28 February 2014.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading “Negeri Johor”—

(a)

by substituting for item 7 the following item:

“(7).

(Route 17): Jalan Pelabuhan Pasir Gudang

From U-turn Perling Interchange at coordinates N164962.083065,

E631174.734363 and ending at Pelabuhan Pasir Gudang at coordinates N161169.436241, E654567.241883 as shown on
