Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Selangor, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2018.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 10 July 2018.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading “Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan”—

(a)

by inserting after item 54 the following item:

“55.

(Route 28): Cheras Elevated U–Turn

Starting from the entrance to Route 28 at Cheras Roundabout at coordinates N 3.098356, E 101.737416 and ending at Route 28

at coordinates N 3.099676, E 101.737488 as shown on

Map 26 : CHERAS ELEVATED U-TURN, NEGERI SELANGOR

(a distance of 0.723 km).”; and

by inserting after MAP 25: RAWANG BYPASS ROAD, NEGERI SELANGOR the following map:
