Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Kelantan, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 4) Order 2014.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 28 February 2014.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the Third Schedule under the heading “Negeri Kelantan Darul Naim”—

(a)

by inserting after item 2 the following item:

(Route 481): Kg. Kalai-Pos Kalai Road, Jeli

From its junction with Route 206, Batu Melintang-Kalai Road at coordinates N635707.445342, E416932.356237 and ending at the
