PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Selangor dan Kerajaan Negeri Pahang, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Barat) (Pindaan) (No. 7) 2011.

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Selangor and State Government of Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the

Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 7) Order 2011.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 7 June 2011.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule—

(a)

under the heading of “Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan”, by deleting item 6;

(b)

under the heading of “Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur”, by substituting for item 1 the following item:

“1.

(Route 2): Kuala Lumpur-Kuantan Road

From the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway maintenance boundary limit at coordinates North (N) 378965.64, East (E) 447275.00 and ending at its junction with Kuantan-Pelabuhan Kuantan Road at coordinates

P.U. (A) 182 5

North (N) 421593.01, East (E) 593272.12 as shown on Map 18: Negeri

Pahang.

A distance of 180.45 km.”; and

(c)

by inserting after MAP 17: FEDERAL ROAD OF NEGERI PAHANG the following map:
