Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Johor, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 7) Order 2014.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 3 September 2014.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading “Negeri Johor”—

(a)

by substituting for item 13 the following item:

“(13). (Route 90): Desaru Road

From its junction with Route 92 Kota Tinggi-Sungai Rengit Road at coordinates N 173871.714598, E 690077.974666 and ending at
