Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Perak, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 9) Order 2014.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 10 October 2014.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading “Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan”—

(a)

by inserting after item 28 the following item:

“29.

(Route 321): Bidor Bypass Road

From the junction of Bidor Bypass Road with Route 1

Ipoh Tanjung Malim Road at coordinates N 450747.139985,

E 366358.506127 and ending at the junction of Bidor Bypass Road with Route 58 Bidor

Teluk Intan Road at coordinates

N 451094.482126, E 361202.099597 as shown on Map 12:

Federal Roads of State of Perak (a distance of 5.45 km).”; and

by inserting after MAP 11: FEDERAL ROADS OF STATE OF PERAK the following map:
