Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Selangor, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 9) Order 2018.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 17 October 2018.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading “Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan”—

(a)

by inserting after item 55 the following item:

(Route 3220): Sultan Abdul Samad Road

From coordinates N 3.014663, E 101.374501 and ending at coordinates N 3.020209, E 101.373544 as shown on MAP 27:
