FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (BANDAR SERENIA INTERCHANGE) ORDER 2018

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Selangor, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the

Federal

Roads

(Bandar Serenia Interchange) Order 2018.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 26 November 2018.

Declaration of road to be Federal road

2. (1) The part of the road known as the Bandar Serenia Interchange which is part of the North South Expressway Central Link commencing from kilometre 33.867 at coordinates S -91961.110, E 19163.182 of the Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO)

Grid and ending at kilometre 36.041

at coordinates S -92736.873, E 21145.679 of the RSO Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid of the

North South Expressway Central Link, both distances are measured from kilometre 0.0

of the North South Expressway Central Link at the Johore Bahru Interchange including the Bandar Serenia Entry/Exit Toll Plaza and its link roads and ending at the

Limit of Maintenance Responsibility (LMR) at coordinates S -91764.525, E 20812.704

of the RSO Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid, is declared to be a Federal road.
