di koordinat U 469395.825, T 1132492.661 Grid RSO (GDM 2000) Lebuh Raya Utara

FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (BUKIT GAMBIR INTERCHANGE) ORDER 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Johore, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Bukit Gambir

Interchange) Order 2014.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 25 January 2014.

Declaration of road to be Federal road 2.

(1)

That part of the road known as the Bukit Gambir Interchange which is a part of the North South Expressway, commencing at kilometre 156.612 at coordinates

N 468157.690, E 1133224.234 of the Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric

(GDM 2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 158.051 at coordinates N 469395.825,

E 1132492.661 of the RSO (GDM 2000) Grid of the North South Expressway (both distances measured from kilometre 0.0 of the North South Expressway at the Johore

Bahru Interchange) including the Bukit Gambir Entry/Exit Toll Plaza and its link road and ending at coordinates N 467970.217, E 1132572.615 of the RSO (GDM 2000) Grid, is declared to be a Federal road.

The road declared to be a Federal road under subparagraph (1) is shown on the map in the Schedule.
