PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Selangor, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (SUNGAI BUAYA INTERCHANGE) ORDER 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Selangor, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Sungai Buaya

Interchange) Order 2014.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 9 January 2014.

Declaration of road to be Federal road

2. (1) The part of the road known as the Sungai Buaya Interchange commencing at kilometre 435.89 at coordinates N372323.067, E395477.970 of Rectified Skew

Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 433.64 at coordinates N374392.997, E396007.082 of RSO Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid of the

North South Expressway (both distances measured from kilometre 0.0 of the North

South Expressway at the Bukit Kayu Hitam) including the Sungai Buaya Entry/Exit Toll

Plaza and its link road and ending at coordinates N373216.605, E394451.869 of RSO

Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid, is declared to be a Federal road.

The road declared to be a Federal road under subparagraph (1) is shown on the map in the Schedule.
