PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Sarawak, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

(Pindaan) 2019.

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 25 Januari 2019.

FEDERAL ROADS (SARAWAK) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2019

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Sarawak, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Sarawak)

(Amendment) Order 2019.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 25 January 2019.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (Sarawak) Order 1996 [P.U. (A) 551/1996] which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule under the heading “PAN BORNEO HIGHWAY” by inserting after item (j) the following item:

“(ja) (Route 1): Telok Melano-Sematan Roundabout Road

Starting from Telok Melano at coordinates N 2.004225, E 109.647944 and ending at Sematan Roundabout with Route 1, Sematan-Lundu-Batu

Kawa-Kuching Road at coordinates N 1.800855, E 109.760726 within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP OF TELOK MELANO-SEMATAN

ROUNDABOUT ROAD (a distance of 33.255 km).”.

Amendment of Third Schedule 3.

The principal Order is amended in the Third Schedule by inserting after MAP OF

JALAN LAPANGAN TERBANG BARU BINTULU the following map:
