  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Felda Scheme)

(Amendment) Order 2019.

This Order comes into operation on 28 May 2019.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (Felda Scheme) Order 1991 [P.U. (A) 449/1991] is amended in the Schedule under the heading “State of Pahang”─

(a)

by deleting items “Bera Selatan Fasa 2”, “Bera Selatan Fasa 3” and

“Bera Selatan Fasa 4”, and the particulars relating to them; and

Suggest a correction

(b)

in relation to item “Sebertak-Bera Selatan (1572)”, in the column

“Entrance (km)”, by substituting for the word “9.50” the word “37.66”.
