NATIONAL LAND CODE (MODIFICATION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2014
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 92C(6) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the Minister, with the approval of the National Land Council, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the National Land Code (Modification)
(Amendment) Order 2014.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 11 August 2014.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The National Land Code (Modification) Order 1997 [P.U. (A) 204/1997]
is amended in the Schedule by inserting after item “Form 5C” and the particulars relating to it the following items:
