Suggest a correction
  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 28(7) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties)

(Extension of Time) Order 2014.

The period of effect of the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) Order 2009

[P.U. (A) 125/2009] is extended and shall remain in force from 19 March 2014 to 28 July 2014.
