Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports) (Amendment) Order 2011.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 July 2011.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule 2.
