CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF IMPORTS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2011
IN execise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967
[Act 235], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)
(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2011.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 September 2011.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2008 [P.U. (A) 86/2008] is amended in the Second Schedule by inserting after item 41 the following item:
